Over 250 booked for Covid-19 precautionary measure violations

Doha: Ministry of Interior (MoI) officials have intensified efforts to take action against individuals violating various Covid-19 precautionary measures in the country and have reported 297 violations in the country.
258 were booked for not wearing masks in public, 27 people for not maintaining safe physical distance and one for not installing the Ehteraz application The Ministry also referred four persons for violating quarantine requirements and five people for not following the limit of people inside a vehicle, which is specified as 4 including the driver, except for the same family members.
