At least one person died and four others are missing after a cloud burst in the upper reaches of Dangiwachi in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district on Sunday morning. According to reports, a family of five in Rafiabad was washed away by the cloudburst. One body has been found so far and the search is underway for the rest.
