Non-bailable warrant in extortion case against Param Bir Singh scrapped

The non-bailable warrant issued by a Thane court against Param Bir Singh has been cancelled.
The non-bailable warrant against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has been cancelled. The court has laid down two conditions for granting him bail — he has to furnish a bond of Rs 50 thousand and he must appear whenever called by the investigating officer.
The non-bailable warrant was issued by a Thane court in the extortion case of businessmen Ketan Tanna and Sonu Jalan.
