Dutch caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced Wednesday his intent to build upon Amsterdam's trade alliance with South Korea following a two-day state visit by Yoon Suk-Yeol.
"Our countries are now going to step up our cooperation in this field. This is a promising initiative, and it is also, I believe, a real win-win situation," Rutte said.
