Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan made grand entries at their wedding today, June 9. Stunning pictures from the wedding are now doing the rounds on social media.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan's grand wedding has taken over social media by storm. After the filmmaker shared a photo from the wedding, more pictures have now surfaced. From the pictures, we can understand that the couple made a grand entry by walking a long ramp and greeting the guests on their way to the mandap. The couple tied the knot in the presence of friends and family on June 9 in Mahabalipuram.
After dating for over six years, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan got married in a fairytale wedding. Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, Suriya, Ajith, Vijay Sethupathi and several others attended the wedding.
Nayanthara chose a bright red saree for the big day, while Vignesh Shivan rocked the traditional shirt and veshti (dhoti). A glasshouse mandap was erected at Sheraton Park in Mahabalipuram. Looking at the pictures, the couple opted for a long ramp with guests seated on either side.

Hours after tying the knot with Nayanthara, Vignesh Shivan took to Twitter to share a breathtaking picture from the wedding.
Sharing the photo, the Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal actor wrote, "On a scale of 10. She’s Nayan & am the One. With God’s grace , the universe , all the blessings of our parents & best of friends. Jus married #Nayanthara (sic)."
