Recently, Canadian singer Justin Bieber took to Instagram to reveal that he was suffering from partial paralysis of the face due to Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Munawar Faruqui in his tweet mentioned the singer's condition in his political joke. "Dear Justin Bieber, I can totally understand. Even here in india right side not working properly (sic)," read his tweet.
