Mumbai: BMC to restore, beautify 164 year-old British era cannons at Ghatkopar park

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is all set to restore and beautify two 164-year-old canons from the British era lying inside Ghatkopar’s Lions Children Park.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday unveiled its plan to restore and beautify two 164-year-old canons from the British era lying inside Ghatkopar’s Lions Children Park. The BMC recently approved plans to restore the two historical identical canons which have been lying at the park for several decades, The Times of India reported. The civic body's garden’s department has sent a proposal to BMC's heritage conservation engineer to restore both the 164-year-old canons on a platform.More Related News
