Former India skipper Mithali Raj on Wednesday announced her retirement from all forms of cricket after playing the game for over two decades.
Former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif on Thursday said that he wants to see Mithali Raj in a position of power at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Mithali announced her retirement from all forms of cricket after playing the game for over two decades.
"Mithali Raj gave Indian women's cricket a template that thousands of girls followed. Would love to see her in position (of) power," Kaif said.

During her career, Mithali became only the third cricketer and first woman to appear in six World Cups, joining Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar and Pakistan great Javed Miandad.
