Minneapolis officials on Monday are expected to review a tentative contract that would give officers raises and bonuses totaling $7,000. Police staffing is down since the death of George Floyd.

The summary of the tentative agreement between the City of Minneapolis and the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis says officers were to receive a general wage and longevity increase of 1% on the first day of 2020, 1.5% on the first day of 2021 and 2.5% on the first day of 2022.
