Attorneys Mariell Lehman and Shannon Smith, representing the parents of Oxford High School shooting suspect Ethan Crumbley, said Saturday that the gun Ethan Crumbley allegedly used was “locked” before Tuesday's tragedy.
"That gun was actually locked, so when the prosecution is stating that this child had free access to a gun, that is...absolutely not true," Lehman said Saturday morning during the couple's arraignment.
