Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew and Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham are set to speak to media Tuesday about a rail lines relocation study.
They’ll be joined by Transportation and Infrastrucure Minister Lisa Naylor, the minister of tranpsportation and infrastructure, Kate Kehler of the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg, and former federal cabinet minister Lloyd Axworthy.
