Man dies in waterlogged rail underpass in Delhi

One person died due to heavy rains in Delhi as several areas in the city remain flooded on Monday. He drowned in the rain-caused flood at the underpass under Pul Prahaladpur railway bridge in South-East Delhi. Heavy rainfall in Delhi-NCR caused major waterlogging in parts of the city on Monday morning. Buses were seen submerged in water in Prahladpur while several cars drowned in other areas.
