Man dies in Tamil Nadu village as pile of crackers on his bike explodes

A man was killed after a pile of crudely made crackers he was carrying on his moped exploded at Palaviduthi village in Tamil Nadu’s Karur district on Wednesday.

The victim, 45-year-old L Kumar, was a resident of Mookkareddipatti village near Manapparai in Trichy district. He was going to Guziliamparai in Dindigul district, according to the police.
