CM MK Stalin has written a letter to PM Modi, asking him to cancel the NEET 2021 exam this year in view of the current Covid-19 pandemic situation.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has penned a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asking him to cancel the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 this year due to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation across the country. I've written to @PMOIndia urging him to cancel the conduct of NEET and all other national level entrance exams, keeping in mind the safety of the students, as the reasons for cancelling the class XII board exams are equally applicable to entrance exams as well. pic.twitter.com/It2ngW55r2 The chief minister asked PM Modi to cancel NEET 2021 and all other national level entrance examinations for this year, keeping in mind the mental and physical wellbeing of the students of the country in the middle of the pandemic. He further wrote that the reason for the cancellation of Class 12 board exams is equally applicable for all the national level entrance exams, and the Tamil Nadu government should be allowed to seek admissions to MBBS on the basis of Class 12 results.More Related News
