Kolkata: NCB seizes 448 kg of poppy straw, one held

The Narcotics Control Bureau apprehended one person and seized 448 kg of poppy straw on Friday.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Friday seized 448 kg of poppy straw and arrested a drug peddler in Kolkata.

The accused, identified as Brindaban Sahoo,65, is a resident of Bhadrak in Odisha.
