Kerala MLA PT Thomas passes away from cancer at 71

PT Thomas passed away in Vellore on December 22, Wednesday where he was undergoing treatment for cancer.

PT Thomas, a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly MLA representing Thrikkakkara constituency passed away on December 22, Wednesday. He was under treatment for cancer at Vellore Christian Medical College where he passed away by 10.10 am. He was also the working committee president of Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee.

His colleagues were aware of his disease but were hoping that he would make a full recovery. He was representing Thrikkakkara constituency in the state assembly. He also represented Thodupuzha constituency twice. He is also a former Member of Parliament who represented the Idukki Lok Sabha constituency.
