Amidst the ravaging Covid-19 pandemic, the Kanwar Sangh on Saturday finally called off the Kanwar Yatra in Uttar Pradesh after consulting with the Yogi Adityanath administration. The development has come a day after Supreme Court on Friday asked the Uttar Pradesh government to reconsider its decision to allow "symbolic" Kanwar Yatra in the state this year.
