J&K: ANTF recovers 1000 kg poppy straw at Sonamarg-Leh highway; 3 held 

Jammu and Kashmir's Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) arrested three narcotics smugglers and recovered 1000 kg of poppy straw from two trucks along Sonamarg-Leh Highway on Sunday.

The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of Jammu and Kashmir has claimed to have arrested three inter-state narcotics smugglers and recovered 1000 kg of poppy straw from two trucks along Sonamarg-Leh Highway on Sunday. On a specific input regarding the smuggling of narcotics substances from the Kashmir Valley towards Leh, sleuths of ANTF swung into action to trace specific trucks being used for smuggling. During checking, two trucks were identified and intercepted at Sonamarg with the help of district police, Ganderbal.
