Punjab Kings opener Mayank Agarwal reckons that IPL is a long tournament, and he will make the most of his opportunities to help his franchise win the title.
Punjab Kings opener Mayank Agarwal said that he will make the most of his opportunities in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 to help his franchise win their maiden league title. Agarwal is hopeful that a strong performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 will turn around things as a good show in the IPL has always worked wonders for him. Notably, Mayank Agarwal might have lost his spot for the time being in the Indian team, owing to intense competitions; however, he enjoyed a prolific season for Punjab Kings last year. Mayank Agarwal, who opened for most of the tournament in the UAE with KL Rahul, slammed 424 runs in 11 matches at 38.55, maintaining a strike rate of 156.46. “It is wonderful IPL is back in India. Although we will miss the crowd, playing in India will be thrilling. I have been working hard on my fitness and skills in Bengaluru. The T20 format demands top fitness and sharp skills. Once we hit the nets, we will be in the groove. In the last IPL, I did well. I hope to make the most of the chance this season too,” Mayank Agarwal told Hindustan Times.More Related News
