IPL 2021: Cheteshwar Pujara along with Robin Uthappa and Krishnappa Gowtham were involved in their first-ever net session for Chennai Super Kings in the lead up to the 14th season of the T20 tournament. CSK open their campaign against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai on April 10.
With India's international commitments over, star players are joining their respective Indian Premier League franchises as the 14th season of the T20 tournament is 10 days away. On the other hand, quite a few players, who did not feature in the limited-overs leg of the India-England series, joined the camp well in advance. As it turns out, India's Test specialist and the hero of their win in Australia, Cheteshwar Pujara has begun training with the Chennai Super Kings players in Mumbai after serving the mandatory quarantine period. Pujara was seen donning the yellow jersey for the first time as he took to the nets to have a batting practice session. With Pujara, there was former Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals batsman Robin Uthappa and off-spinner K Gowtham as the trio spent time in the middle in Mumbai.More Related News
