Interior ministry concludes 'tactical management of events' course

The Ministry of Interior concluded the "tactical management of events" course for officers, which was organised by the ministry's Officers Training Institute, in co-operation and co-ordination with the Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Office of the US State Department, with the participation of 19 officers of the ministry and Lekhwiya Force. The course aimed at enhancing the skills of the participants in tactical management of special events for officers, as the participants received the basic knowledge and skills that enable them to perform the work. During the course's closing ceremony, the Director of the Officers Training Institute Lt. Col. Nayef Mohamed al-Mannai praised the level of co-operation between Qatar and the United States in the field of training and rehabilitation, stressing the importance of continuing this fruitful cooperation.
