India tour of England: Rishabh Pant and Wriddhiman Saha will not be available for the 3-day practice match against County XI, starting July 20. KL Rahul will keep wickets for India in the first-class match in their absence.
Rishabh Pant, who tested positive for Covid-19 in England, has completed his mandatory 10-day isolation period and is recovering well but the India wicketkeeper-batsman will not be part of the squad that faces a County Select XI in a 3-day practice match in Durham from Tuesday, July 20. Rishabh Pant has been isolating at his relative's place in England and is yet to join the rest of the squad in Durham. Meanwhile, Wriddhiman Saha and reserve opener Abhimanyu Easwaran and bowling coach Bharat Arun are still in isolation after coming into contact with Covid-19 positive net bowler Dayanand Garani.More Related News
