On July 1, 2021, both gold and silver are trading on the higher side on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). While gold prices maturing on August 5 stand at Rs 46,930 per 10 grams, recording a hike of Rs 114. or 0.24 per cent, silver rates have also jumped in the metal market. The price of silver futures maturing on September 3 stands at Rs 69,400 per kg, witnessing a hike of Rs 406 or 0.59 per cent on the MCX.
