A fully healthy group of position players lasted all of 4 ¹/₂ innings for the Mets.
After getting J.D. Davis back Friday following his lengthy stint on the injured list with a sprained left hand, the Mets lost Francisco Lindor to injury in the fifth inning of an ugly 4-1 loss in Pittsburgh. He lightly took a few steps toward first base after initially remaining in the batter’s box. Accompanied by a trainer, he immediately left, after returning to the dugout, and headed towards the clubhouse.More Related News
