Four booked in Lucknow for fraud to resell property

The victim has accused four people of fraud as they tried selling a piece of land at a higher price to someone else which was already sold to him.
A resident of Indiranagar has accused four people; three brothers and their nephew of fraud as they tried reselling a piece of land that was already sold to him. Reportedly, they were selling the land to someone else at a higher price.
According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), Azubar Ali of Indiranagar had purchased a piece of land measuring 16,332 sq. feet in 2007 from Budhai Ram, Sukai Ram, Munna and Kamlesh. Their father, Mahadev, had already died on December 5, 2004, even before the property was sold to Azubar Ali.
