Fetterman admits he was ‘not the Senator Pennsylvanians deserved’ when hospitalized

In an NPR interview, Sen. John Fetterman, D-Penn., discussed his battle with depression that he claimed affected his work as a lawmaker and his responsibility as a father.

He also noted some of the advice doctors gave him to treat his depression, including staying away from news and social media.  Gabriel Hays is an associate editor for Fox News Digital. 

Although Fetterman could not serve in full capacity at the beginning of his term – something even mainstream media warned about due to his rocky recovery from a stroke last year – the outlet turned it into a plus.
