The MEA summoned a senior diplomat from the High Commission of Pakistan in India and handed over a note verbale calling on the Pakistan government to abide by its commitment to not allow territories under its control for terrorism against India.
As tributes poured in for the victims the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attacks, the Government of India asked Pakistan to expedite trials and “bring the perpetrators of the horrific attack to justice”.
On the 13th anniversary of the terror attack on Friday, a senior diplomat from the High Commission of Pakistan in India was summoned by the Ministry of External Affairs. A note verbale was handed over to the Pakistan diplomat, calling on the Government of Pakistan to abide by its commitment to not allow territories under its control for terrorism against India.
