Doha, Qatar: Users of Meta’s social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp reported login problems, as they were unable to access services. This is due to a sudden massive outage this evening, December 11, which started around 9pm Doha time.
As of writing this post, Down Detector platform shows many WhatsApp users across the globe are reporting difficulties sending and receiving messages.
Meta has not released a statement about the current global outrage, which left millions in frustration.
