Ex-army man, wife kill self by jumping in front of train in Telangana’s Secunderabad

Railway police found two corpses on the tracks. They were identified as Kondaiah and Bhoolakshmi. Their daughter stated that financial issues leading to depression could’ve been the reason for their suicide.
A retired army man, along with his wife, jumped in front of a running train and killed themselves. Financial issues leading to depression are suspected to be the reasons behind the suicide.
The mangled dead bodies of the couple were found on the railway tracks in Bolarum in Telangana’s Secunderabad.
Police have identified the deceased as Y Kondaiah (55) who worked as a clerk for the army in Secunderabad and his wife Bhoolakshmi (50).
The couple went missing on Monday, January 31, and their daughter, a police constable, approached the police to lodge a missing complaint.
On Tuesday morning, railway police found two dead bodies on the railway tracks and informed the local police.
According to the daughter, her mother and father were facing some financial issues and had also been in depression.
Police have registered a case and shifted the dead bodies to Gandhi hospital for post mortem.
