ED refuses Jacqueline Fernandez’s request to downgrade lookout notice issued against her

The Enforcement Directorate turned down Jacqueline Fernandez’s request to downgrade the lookout notice issued against her in connection with the Rs 200-crore extortion case filed against conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
The Enforcement Directorate has refused to downgrade the Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez in connection with Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, as per sources.
Jacqueline Fernandez had put in a request before the agency to remove the LoC issued against her so that the actress could travel outside India. However, with the ED turning down her request, Jacqueline Fernandez cannot leave the country, sources said.
