DPIL wins bid for smart-city Lavasa after revised resolution plan

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Lavasa voted in favour of the resolution plan submitted by Darwin Platform Infrastructure Ltd. DPIL had proposed a Total Resolution Plan (TRP) amount of Rs 1,814 crore in the revised plan for Lavasa.
Darwin Platform Infrastructure Ltd (DPIL) has bagged Lavasa Corporation, India's first privately built smart city near Pune, after proposing a revised resolution plan worth Rs 1,814 crore.
The Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Lavasa voted in favour of the resolution plan submitted by DPIL. DPIL had taken a lead by proposing a Total Resolution Plan (TRP) amount of Rs 1,814 crore in the revised plan for Lavasa.
