Dem congressman won't rule out 2024 challenge to Biden: 'I'm concerned'
Fox News
Democratic Rep. Dean Phillips refused to rule out launching a primary challenge against President Biden as questions continue to mount about his age.

"I'm concerned that there is no alternative." Andrew Mark Miller is a reporter at Fox News. Find him on Twitter @andymarkmiller and email tips to AndrewMark.Miller@Fox.com.
Phillips said it is "important for democracy to have choices, to have competition, particularly in light of what I'm reading. The polling. The data. And what I'm sensing in my own intuition and I'm concerned."
