With Covid-19 cases rising rapidly, Maharashtra’s Vasai-Virar area is facing an acute shortage of oxygen. Three people have already lost their lives due to this. The local MLA took to Twitter to appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for help on Monday night.
With Covid-19 cases increasing rapidly, the Vasai-Virar area near Mumbai is facing an acute shortage of oxygen supply. According to a tweet by the local MLA Kshitij Thakur, three people in the area have already lost their lives due to the shortage. I wish to draw @PMOIndia 's attention to a very grave matter. The Bahujan Vikas Aaghadi (BVA) leader said that the current oxygen supply in the area would only run for three more hours. Vasai-Virar currently has more than 7,000 active cases of Covid-19.
