West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday, October 24, called the Centre’s 100-crore vaccination claim a farce. She said ‘vaccination’ should mean ‘complete vaccination with both doses’. She said only 29.5 crore people in India were fully vaccinated.

Mamata Banerjee, who is on a four-day North Bengal tour, was speaking at a public event in Siliguri.
