Rajasthan BJP chief Satish Poonia has said the party's chief ministerial candidate for the next state assembly election will be chosen by the party's parliamentary board.

Amid reports of a tussle within the BJP's Rajasthan unit, state BJP chief Satish Poonia on Sunday said the party's chief ministerial candidate for the next state assembly election will be chosen by the party's parliamentary board.

Speaking to India Today, Rajasthan BJP chief Satish Poonia said, "It is for the parliamentary board to decide the party's chief ministerial candidate."
