Doha: The Maritime Customs Department at Al Ruwais foiled an attempt to smuggle a huge amount of hashish into the country. تمكنت إدارة الجمارك البحرية متمثلة في قسم جمرك الرويس من إحباط عملية تهريب كمية من مادة الحشيش المخدرة مخبأة بطريقة سرية داخل الطبليات لشحنة خصروات، وقد بلغ الوزن الإجمالي للمواد المضبوطة 81 كيلو جرام تقريباً.#جمارك_قطر#كافح pic.twitter.com/7AdqEOUXlk
Customs Department said that the banned hashish was found hidden in wooden pallets of a vegetable shipment. A video was also shared by Customs on its Twitter account.
The total weight of the seized substance was 81 kg.
