28-year-old woman sexually assaulted by stranger outside Brooklyn building

A 28-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by a man outside of a Williamsburg building early Sunday morning, police said.

The victim was attacked by the stranger on the steps of a building near North 10th Street and Roebling Street at about 1 a.m., according to cops. He was still on the loose early Monday.
